Introduction
The Ebla Digital Archives project started in 2007 through a collaboration between Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and the National Research Council (CNR). The primary aim of the EbDA database has always been to offer new digital editions of the cuneiform texts discovered at Ebla (modern-day Tell Mardikh, located in the Syrian province of Idlib). I have been involved in the project since my MA studies in 2012. During this time, I undertook the digitization of numerous documents and supervised the data entry process. Additionally, I created vector images of all the cuneiform signs. In 2017, I published a bibliography pertaining to Ebla, and since 2018, the index has been incorporated into the EbDA database and receives regular updates.
